My name is Agnieszka Jastrzębska. Ten years ago I graduated from both Polish and Ukrainian Studies at University of Warsaw. After graduation I went to Ukraine where I had taught Polish for seven years in schools, at universities and to individuals with Polish background. Ever since that time teaching Polish to Foreigners became my great passion. I love working with kids and adult learners. My students come from Ukraine, Vietnam, Columbia, India, Saudi Arabia… Actually it is hard to list all nations.
In my work I’m eager to reach for offbeat teaching aids and techniques like games of all kind, collages, drama, toys. I’m never bored while teaching and I try my best to make students feel the same, remembering though that they need to progress in their command of Polish. I’ve prepared many students for National Exam in Polish and for entry exams to Polish universities. I like mountains, the East, fantasy literature, but first of all – I love people!
